By beginning your subscription with us, you are agreeing to all terms stated within the below agreement. Please read before making a decision to purchase.
The Client
- I understand that in order to be able to participate in this programme I must have read, and understood this document (VersAbility Client Agreement & Informed Consent).
- I understand that payment of my subscription must be made directly through the secure 'Stripe' payment link provided in my 'Welcome to VersAbility' email, and that any subscription payments cannot be refunded.
- I understand that it is my responsibility to keep up to date with communications via the VersAbility support group - currently hosted on WhatsApp.
- I acknowledge that my coaches are not doctors, physiotherapists, or dieticians and that the advice offered is optional and not a replacement for advice from experts within specialist fields.
- I understand that my ability to make use of the current VersAbility training programme is reliant on having an active subscription, and that I may lose access to VersAbility products/services if this is not in place.
- I agree to inform my coaches of any changes to my health status that may affect any advice or prescription of exercise programming.
- I understand that I have complete control of all my workouts and may terminate a particular exercise or session at any point.
- I understand that the results achieved from this coaching programme are a combination of programming, nutrition, exercise, adherence, and my own personal genetics. Further, I recognise that my genetic make-up is outside of my coach's control.
- I understand that I may be asked for a testimonial and/or review regarding VersAbility's services, which could be used in promotional material for the brand.
- I understand that any comments I make regarding in a public forum such as social media or within the member's support group may be quoted for VersAbility promotional material.
The Coaches
- We agree to deliver an exercise programme aimed at improving full body strength and mobility, using the most up to date knowledge available to us.
- We understand that it is our responsibility to ensure that all prospective VersAbility member have read and understood this document.
- We agree to coach all members through proper exercise technique to the best of our ability.
- We will conduct pre and post programme assessments and provide a platform where clients can track their progress.
- We agree to respond to any questions asked on the VersAbility WhatsApp group within 24 hours, Monday-Friday.
- We understand that it is in the best interest of our members to continuously update and improve our service to the best of our ability.
