You will learn the fundamentals of resistance training, granting you the necessary skills to lift by yourself with absolute confidence in the safety and effectiveness of your sessions.

The course takes place over 8 weeks, and you will be coached in groups of 4.
Throughout the course, you will get the opportunity to be coached by both Iwan and Ben, so that you can gain a different perspective on similar content/concepts.
Get access to the VersAbility Featured programme for the duration of the course, and utilise the structure provided to put into practice what you learn during the group sessions.
The programme caters for gym, home and outdoor training sessions so that you can make it fit your schedule.
