Where is personal data stored and processed?
Personal data is stored and processed within the UK, and is password-protected to ensure that only VersAbility staff are able to access it.
In the event of us updating our databases, any data still being stored shall be transferred to the new database(s). By providing your personal data, you are consenting to any internal transfer of the data from previous databases to a new one.

We store personal data securely through password-protected private servers to avoid any unauthorised access, use destruction or disclosure of private data.
To aid in the prevention of accidental loss of personal data, the data is stored in a minimum of two separate locations - accessible by a single VersAbility staff member each (as of 2023, this data is stored respectively by co-owners Iwan Cross and Ben Thole). If any data is lost by one of these parties, then the server used to store that data is completely cleared, and a copy of the non-affected server is made to allow for business continuity and accuracy in the storing/processing of data.
